This patient shows remarkable recovery for just 11 days post surgery, clearly had good surgical analgesia. His range of motion is good with strong quadriceps, and is able to bear weight without walking aids. The bone wedge has equalised leg length where there was previously a discrepancy.
In the first image we can see a long leg x-ray showing severe medial arthritis affecting both knees. The following image shows the alignment of the patient’s legs after his right leg Osteotomy, and finally, the last image was taken after his left leg surgery.
To the right of the X-Rays we show an interesting interview of this patient, just eleven days after his second Osteotomy.
